March 4, 2009 - CCAC North Campus, 8701 Perry Highway, McCandless, will be hosting its annual Spring Job Fair on Friday, March 6, from 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Over forty employers representing 300+ jobs will be in attendance.
All community members, alumni, students and graduates are invited to attend. Please bring plenty of resumes and dress professionally.

Oct. 2, 2008 - Don't miss the annual West View Halloween Parade. Speaking of Halloween, does that mean we are getting closer to winter?

Where: Parade will start at Highland Ave and Perry (Rt. 19) Intersection and proceed down to the Perry and Center Avenue Intersection.
When: Monday, October 27, 2008
Registration: West View Residents may register on Wednesday, October 22, from 5 - 7 PM and on Thursday, October 23, from 6 - 8 PM.
Who may register? All West View Residents. By registering you get a goodie bag at the completion of the parade and and entry into a cosutome contest. Non-residents may march in the parade but are not eligible for the goodie bag or costume prizes.
Marching Band festival set for Sept. 20th
Sept. 13, 2008 - At least seven area bands will perform at the 48th Annual North Hills Marching Band Festival. The event will begin at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 20, 2008, at Martorelli Stadium, located along Route 19 in West View.
In addition to North Hills, marching bands from Northgate, Sto-Rox, Carrick, Chartiers-Houston, Upper Saint Clair, Keystone Oaks, Chartiers Valley, Penn Hills and Beaver Falls school districts will perform.
Admission to the event is $5. Children ages 5 and under receive free admission. Refreshments and other items will be available for purchase.
